I love Bleach's Toushiro Hitsugaya (if he were just a little older and a little taller I think I would have a big crush on him!!) I wanted to draw something that depicted the touching friendship of Hitsugaya and Hinamori and his devotion to her. Hinamori has been broken from the inside out by Aizen and Hitsugaya comforts her and draws her into the protective circle of his embrace.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. i just love hitsuhina!! they are just too cute!!! especially hitsugaya!
anywho, awesome picture! i love your detail and shading. the shading is the best especially on the folds of the clothing ... i could just never get that right...
line shading is so much fun but a little tricky...you did a fantastic job!!
